However, many end with search, which is often the last click before a conversion. Think about it: depending on the studies you read, 50%-75% of searches are navigational. Where did the awareness around the brand originate? Likely word of mouth, offline, social networks, display, etc. Being able to track touchpoints through the purchase funnel is not easy, but the challenge we need to face.
