I am proud to be part of a business community that has a large number of industry experts, speakers and company executives who are women. It pains me to see a conference not reflecting the industry - or maybe it is just the search marketing industry where the conference organizers 'get' the idea that diversity is a good thing (check out SES in Chicago). But then Ad-Tech gets it. So what is up with OMMA. Get with it boys!
